A Palestinian Freedom Conference will be held in Dublin on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th June this year to mark the 70th anniversary of the Palestinian Nakba or “Catastrophe”.
The conference is hosted by Ireland-Palestine Solidarity Campaign, Trade Union Friends of Palestine and BADIL Resource Center for Palestinian Residency and Refugee Rights.
Topics will include repression, the right of return, Palestinian resistance, the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions campaign, and the law and human rights. Ali Abunimah, co-founder of the Electronic Intifada website, will give the keynote address, “Winning the Battle for Justice in Palestine”.
